Australian Consumer Rights

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint:

• If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (for privacy matters)
• For consumer matters, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
• You may also seek resolution through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT)

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Tax invoices will be provided for all transactions in accordance with Australian tax requirements.
